Interior of Jerrel View Inn is missing mesh

I have two problems. First, here is my OBMM load order:

I also have Qarl's Texture Pack.

 

The first problem is that when I stepped in through the door of the Jerrell View Inn I fell into a beige-colored void along with all of the people and furniture. The big yellow "WTF" star was there too. I'm guessing I have a conflict but I haven't the foggiest idea of how to proceed so I would really appreciate any help.

 

The second one is that I don't know how to open Deadly Reflex to set any keys; I read that there should be an hourglass in my inventory to use but there isn't.
