Misnamed file in the Oblivion\data directory

After a system crash, my game is not launching anymore if I'm launching with OBSE (it works if I launch it without OBSE). Upon inspecting the files, I found a file named RTA44010 in my Oblivion\Data override, which I suspect is an original game file that got somehow renamed. It has a size of 1217817848 bytes, a CRC32 of fc6ae8d9 and a MD5 of 6c995b4ae416ed9cde0dc02011e912c5. Does anybody have a file in Oblivion\Data with the same characteristics? If so, what's its file name?

Edit II: the same problem happens even with just Oblivion.esm.

re-dl obse,delete the old file and do an new install of obse only

Alredy tried, didn't work (nor did it work on a baseline Oblivion).

 

Forgot to mention above, obse_loader.log is in order:

EDIT: after the nth time I reinstalled OBSE it started working again.
