help with Xepha's Dynamic Weather mod

so I want a (apocalyptic-like) weather so I found this mod...

 

but then I'm suddenly really really confused.

 

trying to order my folder before installing with fomm , so far I have this

Wich one of the Night Eye Edition esp do I add??

 

I read that you need to download Enhanced Weather did that.

What from Enhanced Weather do I need? (does this include the sounds, meshes and texture folder? )

there should still be a post I made on that thread, but 3.0 download and install with fiomm, you will have only the esp and esm file there.

If you have all the DLC's, Full GOTY game, use night eye merged...nut's wait.

 

Right in the middle of editing a file for some one's mod they need made.

ok, this shows a default 3.0 install, the data on the left are choices, the data on the right is stand alone as in you don't need Enhanced to make it work. what is seen on the right only.

now you can add on data, but then you will need Enhanced as the add on data seems to work much better if it in there. NEE +OA and rain is the only one. Main DLC merged, so of Dynamic you have only 3 files loading. you have to consider, the DLC packages were sold separately, not bundled when released. that's how long ago the mod started out, so at that time, things are,made to accommodate people that did not own all of the dlc's.

if you wish to add on the sneak thing and rad things you can.

it's quite a comprehensive package.

I'm trying to make 1 fomod out of the full version of Dynamic Weather, without the damage from sandstorm and others. and less dark nights

so I add the texture, meshes and sounds from Enhanced,

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm

 

is that right?

I was wondering earlier, if the Dynamic thunder have any sounds, or rain etc. and If I need to script something to add sounds to Xepha's Dynamic Weather mod .?

um Fomm can make it all but bot mods depend on the data. the script you make needs to fallow the normal loading condition as if in a load order. I assume this is for personal use?

Dynamic weather uses default scripted Vanilla sound resources.

Enhanced weather comes with it's own sounds. so you will get both. makes for a lively neighborhood.

 

Both mods activate all instances of weather types. that [post was Just a Guide line for constant pestering questions. To add to the fire, you can also add on by a specific way Project reality ,but. things need t be set up in game prior to installing it with these two.

 

can't lump them all at once, the game will CTD on start-up because the scripts call for the same exact points when they load for the first time.

I don't know if that's an answer?

I have a list some place I made last year, the list is a categorized set of mods that are both fose and non fose, isolated, start up CTDing Like crazy mods. Just mean as hell, the problem is , even simple scripted mod that use an intro when install, all compile at the same time !

That's why there is a long delay, a timed LONG delay in the DLC's.

 

Now, do you think Bethesda is all that bad? because they did it right, Bug's, I'll tell ya what bugs are, mistakes, backups, can't sell that, we don't own it, remove it, can't sell something that they don't own, or things that just constantly killed progress in the studio, backlogs, run-time errors, conversion problems, bugs, on top of bugs, from box to PC, and still 6 years later, not decent nif scope plugins. No way to properly complexly edit nif files, you have to juggle things between thousands of dollars worth of software just to make crap work right. People nice enough to benevolent their time here, or any where to make free open source programs for you and i to edit games are doing a thankless Job. What do you and I still see going on?

 

a different kind of bug, mostly walks on two legs ,and they are every where. Bugs can't think. so what do we do......?
