The thing I want to do is move the Rocket Launcher to the Support, in order to make him more relevant than just the Healbot. Meanwhile, I moved the Smoke Grenade to the Heavy with an emphasis on Grenades in general. Doing the Perk trees was thankfully easy. So mining the forum here about loadouts, I found a few threads, mostly pre-EW with relevant clues and based on that I feel that moving the LMG to the Support is easier. So I want accomplish these things: 1) Make LMG Support only, without losing the LMGs range bonuses/penalties. (I saw somewhere a mention that eWP_Support means no range bonuses or penalties at all.) 2) Restrict Heavy to Assault Rifles with the Rocket Launcher 3) Make it so that these changes are reflected in the default loadouts that soldiers gain upon getting up to Squaddie and when "Make items available" is clicked. 1 & 2 should not be hard to accomplish on my own, but 3 seems harder. I would love it, if some of the more experienced modders could point me towards the best way to accomplish these things and where to start. Thank you in advance.
