Can someone make Obsidian Armor as seen in Guild Wars? Its the best Armor made in this metal i ever seen

Yup, I seen it, thats why i posted this topic. GW Obsidian armor is way much much better in my opinion + Its massive, not mixed daedric, steel and iron.

I dont care If someone will make it as one part armor with separate helm like TDA did, its just looks increadible.
