Fallout 3 Bugs NEED HELP

Blurry Vision: before you say anything this had nothing to do with Crippled lims or Drugs

Okay, when i use some mods/Console Commands i experance Blurry vission when i turn around or move my camera at all it gets blurry Example: when i get the Blurry vision and turn left it blurs but say i got it while looking south if i look south its normal but if i turn anywhere else it blurs

Framerate Insanity: is FO3, the framerates lag my game up for random reasons

 

Savegame bug when i wonder around the wastelands and then after a couple hours i try to save it, C.T.D.
