Missing SPECIAL Points

I'm having a problem with my perception being reduced to 1 and no effects being listed under stats. I de-toxified myself at my home lab in Megaton, removed all rads w/ the infirmary at my house in Megaton and nothing is listed under "effects" under stats. What the heck could be causing this? When I go to the doctor in Megaton I can't even select the option for him to cure my addictions because I don't have any...

-EDIT-

Oh, I've also tried adding SPECIAL points to perception via the console but it's still reduced to 1.

Your load list is totally wrong, no wonder you are having problems. It should be as follows:

Fallout3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

BrokenSteel.esm

PointLookout.esm

Zeta.esm

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Operation Anchorage.esp

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - The Pitt.esp

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Broken Steel.esp

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Point Lookout.esp

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - Mothership Zeta.esp

......

......

......

Rearrange those masters and plugins, then start a new game. That should fix your problems. Your old save is probably not going to be fixed since it was made with the conflict present. You may be able to correct the SPECIAL stat discrepancy with console commands, but I wouldn't count on it. And remember - Never load an .esp before an .esm, ever. Also be sure to remember that whatever is loaded lower in the list will overwrite anything above it when the game launches. If you keep that in mind, it's fairly easy to keep an efficient load order for your mods. try to form a good habit of reading the readme of every mod you download from now on and check to see if the author suggests a specific load order.

Oops, I uploaded the wrong image. I have them in the positions you listed. That load order was a desperate attempt to get Operation Anchorage working after all the added content from it started getting PipOS errors and turned invisible. It was kind of a stupid idea. I ended up just reinstalling rather than posting here about it. That pic was in the same folder and I accidentally clicked on it while uploading. I've attached the correct load order.

Try using the console command "player.getav perception" to see if the game itself has the right value for your perception stat. If it does, then you know it's a problem with a pip-boy display altering mod such as DarnifiedUI. Sometimes it's possible for the game to store and use the correct stat values, but show something different when you look at it in the Pip-boy.
