Although you need to download the compatiblity meshes for each overhaul that fcom uses if you plan on using the armors that they add to the game. As far as I can tell it's just for seeing your legs in the fake fp mode when kicking.(ooo,mmm,frans,OWC) These are located at the UV download page here on nexus, if you downloaded UV already you couldn't have missed them.
