DarkestDusk
I was wandering if anyone is still making mods for Dragon Age Origins and if so can they ether help me to make a custom class or if you would like to maybe make the mod and post it on nexus mods... I was wanting to make a mod that gives you the option to make your own class in the game when you start, make it blend in to the game flawlessly. make it have a fourth class option where if you select it you go to a bonus page that allows you to pick what you want, give you the attribute points so you can up them from scratch if you look at the points they assign you you have 79 so give you the same amount but let you pick where they go from scratch. then with the skills you get three to use but thats fine i would like to make this part more custamizable by allowing you to pick wich trees you want that way if you want to have lockpicking as one you could they give you 8 trees i think. now on to the talents make it to where you could make a spell sword or a worrier rouge cross pick your talent trees you want but remember the more you pick the more you have to level to get the points to max them. If anyone could give me any help that would be amazingly apretiated... hell if you love making mods go at it have fun.. i think the ieda is simple enough but making it may be hard as hell. thank you for reading this and for any input or halp. mcgoy
Yes, there are still people creating mods for DAO. There is a tutorial http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset/index.php/Add_A_New_Class_Tutorial for creating new classes. And it would be in the 'not simple enough' category. mcgoy
Yes, but you might want to jump into something a little easier. If you want to add a class, it might be better to start by adding talents or spells and working your way up to adding a new class.
