poopcha Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 hi guys, i wanted to know if someone could make a mod that added a yell or scream to the ''Voice of the Emperor'' power,like one that makes the character yells/screams ''STOP"because it would be more immersive, why doesnt the character say anything when its called "VOICE of the emperor"you guys know what am saying ? haha well yea, bye .first time writing a thingy...
