Request for a jukebox

Greetings y'all...

 

I have being playing around with the GECK a bit but seem to hav hit a wall when it comes to radio stations etc,,,

i can make music play in a cell area, but what i actually want it this...

 

First of all ill explain whas exacttly its for

 

I have createda tidy version of Springvale with the geck, and in game i am playing RTS (Real Time Settler)

and have created a wonderfull vibrant city.

 

as i am using the dark nigts mod (i forget its real name). at night time along with theextra lighting i added with th geck, the tow gets this really spooky but realistic fealing. is good.....

 

i have a diner in town which i wanted to have a special duke box which basically every night at 12:00 (midnight)

it plays "The sound of silence" by simon & garfunkel.

the song should just loop for an hour

 

now i can make it do this... in the entire CELL area, which sucks

i want my duke box to have a radius so that if your close to the diner, you can hear it...

 

i have the music file in .wav format.

 

but for the life of me i just cant getit to work the way i want it to.

 

if someone could whip something together for me, id e really greatfull. as will my night time town guards who defo need some happynss at midnight on those long night shifts ;)
