Adding custom music to a specific cell?

With the CS we can change the type of music that is played in a specific cell, but we can only choose from three categories of random music.

 

Is it possible (and if so, how) to assign a single specific mp3 to a specific cell?

It sure is, the Malevolent mod and many other large quest mods did it.

 

I don't know how to myself, if you have Malevolent check the "Tavern/Mindspace" cell, I remember that one had random music (a bit loud and looping whenever you paused, That's something I remember, still a great mod though)
