David Brasher Posted September 27, 2009 Share Posted September 27, 2009 I played that quest twice and did not have a problem, but severe random glitches do occur. I had to skip an exciting part of Shivering Isles that I was looking forward to because the game glitched. Did you wait until after 10 PM to meet Volanaro? If your savegame has indeed glitched, you can skip ahead to where J'Skar is visible again to continue your game.
