For example one that can be told to make a distraction and get people's eyes on them (maybe a bard playing their songs?). Or one that can be told to pickpocket certain items off of an NPC? Or even distract the guards at the cost of going to prison!Or just take stuff on their own initiative.(I only approve of this behaviour in RPGs).
