what mod is the culprit?

game likes to freequently freeze randomly or crash while loading things like when i get near a city it will sometimes crash or freeze. sometimes it freezes when i tries to load objects when i get within the cell. sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. here is my load order. do you guys know if any of these mods are the problem?? i do not make merged patches use boss or tes5 edit. and yes i have used them but restored to the previus because it did not change anything.

You are the culprit...is that mod list you posted...is it randomly ordered? Luck of the draw?

 

No Unofficial Patches...RaceMenuPlugin.esp...known problem mod.

 

Additionally, why do you assume a mod is making you freeze and CTD? It could very well be memory related. But you gave no indication if you use enboost and/or Sheson's Memory Patch. You may have memory issues and mod related issues...you have a big fat pile of mess there, you may want to reconsider your mod selections, load order and start using the free utilities that help prevent such train wrecks. :)

 

So, how can anyone tell you which mod to blame, when chances are...you might be to blame?

so your saying that ive been playing with this load order for 8 hours straight and it crashes that its my fault?? i dont use anything. i download mods. then i have the nexus install them. then i play. idk how to use those tools without making it worse. idk how to install enboost or what sheson's memory patch is. thats why im asking if its my mods. because if its one of the mods id remove it but idk what to do :/ im not good at learning through reading and i cant understand what to do for some of these so called "fixes" "tools" "tuterals" ive used tes5 edit like they say i should and it usually makes it crash and freeze more, i have the load order in a way that they should all be compatible based on what some tuts say and idk what else im missing?

Well your load order is a mess and the fact you're running so many mods with no 'tools' to assist with memory management etc isn't helping.

All you need to know is there.

Bascially you need BOSS to sort your mods, Tes5edit to test your load order and see what needs reordering/cleaning/updating etc and you could also use wrye bash to create patches to keep things from conflicting etc.

ive already been through this s#*!. the only thing i haavent done on those lists yet is used tes5 edit and wyre bash. but i dont understand how to use either of those tools. and yes my load order is made by boss.

can't help you if you don't want to help yourself i'm afraid.

Gophers videos are pretty straight forward with how to setup Tes5edit.

Just download tesedit from here: unzip it to a folder (desktop works) then simply run the executable then click 'OK' once it's open and it'll emulate your load order as though the game is loading/playing

If any errors in the load order are found it'll stop and tell you what's wrong.

 

A little patience and perseverance and you can get through anything.

ive already used all of those. i still get ctd's. tes5 edit tells me everythings good. boss tells me everything is in order. but when i play it will ctd whenever it feels like it. it shouldnt be memory wise because my skyrim sometimes gets up to 3.500k in task manager and still runs fine. my rig meets the reccomended stats so idk what im doing wrong. i just dont understand this techy stuff.

Happens when using so many mods im afraid. If you've been removing mods mid playthrough they may have left behind scripts and other nasty things which have corrupted your game and/or save.

 

I'd recommend culling your mod list to essentials only, making sure those are up to date with compatibility patches etc. Use enboost and the SSME.

Reverting your current Skyrim to vanilla would probably benefit you at this point too.

1. Are you using SKSE 1.7? If that's the case you already have that covered. It includes SSME

 

2. ENBoost installation is copy paste then edit two words in a text file. I suggest you get it.

 

3. I'm confused at the part where you say you don't use tools like BOSS, but later say the load order is made by BOSS?

 

4. Wrye Bash is easy. Open it, it will automatically build an empty bashed patch. Right click that, select rebuild patch, then click OK.

 

5. Could also be scripts not getting enough time to fire properly. The higher the FPS you are playing at, the more likely this is to happen actually.

 

6. Could also be orphaned scripts. Have you uninstalled any mods since starting this particular character? Have you installed and uninstalled mods a lot of times? If so, you need to try to clean your save.

i use skse. i just used boss and tes5 edit last night and im going to try to use wyre bash today. i also just started a new character and deleted my others and so far no crashes or freezes.
