deluxe489
Hi all;I'm not quite certain why (I haven't downloaded any major mods recently), but sometimes, when I go into combat, getting hit will randomly make my screen partially freeze. What I mean by that is that everything but the compass freezes. The combat is still running, I still get hit and lose fatigue because everything else is unaffected, but the screen doesn't change. The only thing that still works is by going to the menu, but trying to reload from a previous save will reload to that save but with the screen still frozen with the image from before. The only way to reset it, then, is to exit the game and reload. I tried changing my mod loading order according to the pinned advice on this forum, and I also double-checked my mods to make sure that they didn't do anything to the combat system, and nothing was different. Has anybody else ever had this problem? I don't want to try uninstalling, deleting all files, and then reinstalling if someone here can help me. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. My PC is at proper temperatures, so I don't think that this is due to processing speed. Thanks for trying to help, though.
