Rakewell
I've spent the last several hours pouring over instructions about load order & correct MOD installation. I'm a bit puzzled and frustrated as to why the game won't load. Could you please help me? I'm using 1.7 patch, & all DLC. theLeeHarvey
Your problem could be the fact that you have so many plugins. Try getting rid of the ones you can do without and try playing.
Panpiper
TheLeeHarvey is correct, it is much more difficult to come up with a working load order for a lot of mods, if you do it all at once. Pick the smallest number of mods, the most essential, and get the game working with just that. Add one or a few from there and play the game each time, verifying that it is stable. Then move on. Done this way, you will know precisely which are giving you problems and the task is vastly simplified. As to your posted order, I note that you have the FOOK weaponmodkit before you have FOOK loaded. A good likelihood of problems that I would think. csb
To truly manage plug-ins, get Fallout Mod Manager. For mod conflict resolution, get FO3Edit and Miax's great FO3Edit guide (particularly the sections on mod conflicts and merge patches). I am running far more mods than those listed and have zero CTD and mod conflict issues.
