Need help with Skyrim re-install , basic mod talk.

Good Morning !

 

I'm planing to do a Skyrim re install during the next two weeks and need a little bit of help with some mods.

First , let me tell you something about my System ( Laptop )

 

GPU : nVidia GeForce GT 740m @ 1053Mhz

CPU : Intel Core i5 3230m @3.1 Ghz

Ram : 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

HDD : 1TB SSHD Hybrid , 5400rpm

Screen : 1366 * 768

 

I can run Skyrim with ENB , CoT , RLO , SHD at a 39 FPS avg.

 

So , these are the mods that i'm going to install first after my fresh Install (of course i use SKSE , Nexus modmanager......)

 

-Pure Water

-Ultimate Lightning Overhaul ( maybe )

-ELFX

-Pure Weather

 

Now , i have never tried ULO or Pure Weather and i need your help to figure out which one i better . Do you have any other suggestions for performance friendly Graphics mods ?
