how to speed up bullets ?

hey there

 

i am desperately trying to speed up bullets from certain weapons since bullet useing snipers on long range tend to not hit in correctly after a nearly perfect shot (on paper.... )

 

is there a way to speed those slow moving bullets up a bit ? like laser speed (it hits nearly instantly)

try looking at the projectiles in geck.

 

make a new one & set the speed, then you need to edit your wepon to use that projectile.

I too have this problem sometimes.

 

I need to kill fast, and bullets too slow.

you can set the bulletspeed in the projectile or in the weapon dialogue, energy weapons for instance use a speed around 10.

 

so either experiment with the value, or look a weapons with very different speeds and from experience from using them, figure out what a good speed should be.
