LOD object texture mixup?

Every time I try generating LOD objects for my worldspace, the textures appear all mixed up in-game. No errors during generation, and I batch converted all of the textures to TGA.

Also, LOD trees won't rotate, so any tree that is rotated on any axis has the LOD version showing through when up-close.

 

GECK version 1.5, Fallout 3 patch 1.7.
