faffman
Title should say it all. Basically, a new element to the game in which you can import your own music files to play as your soundtrack. You would replace the game's original soundtrack with your own music, and the tracks would play at the proper setting and scenario, meaning you add one group of tracks (however many you want to) to replace the regular "peacefully crossing the plains" music, one group to replace the battle music, one group for the dragon battles, etc. Imagine hearing some soothing classical music while exploring the fields of Whiterun, only to shift to some fast power metal when a dragon appears. You would control the media player like Winamp or any player from the Esc menu, to adjust volume and all that jazz. Simply to add variety to the music, most of us have probably heard every track many a time. I speak for myself here, but unlike the Oblivion OST, I barely pay attention to the Skyrim OST. I don't see it as "music", as much as background sounds to make the game less empty, which it does. I realize this is a complex request, but I have faith some rad motherplower will be able to do this. The importing of tracks is probably the hardest part. But if nothing else, I ask that anyone interested in having this mod let's us know.
