NMM Won't run

So I've been using NMM for the past couple days, then out of nowhere it won't open, says I'm missing a file called falloutnv.esm but when I look at the folder, the file is right there. Any ideas?

Falloutnv.esm is in steam folder.

 

#:\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data

 

One way to fix it is by going to your steam library, right clicking on the game and going to properties. From there click on "Local Files", and the fourth button "Verify Integrity of Game Cache...", should do the trick for ya.
