Armor texture. Need help

HI Mates.

 

I tried to make a unique armor with http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=462 this ones texture.

But my modding skills is quite bad, so if any of you could do me a favor and make a unique armor for me.

The Stats should

DR: 28. Weight: 20 and it should have 10+ Barter and 5+ Small Guns.

Location: Surprise me. smile.gif

 

Would be nice if someone could do it for me could do it for me smile.gif
