Point Lookout Texture Removal :

Hi guys, I was just wondering on how I would be able to remove certain textures and meshes I've added to New Vegas from the Point Lookout DLC. I downloaded the Silent Hill mod and it said I needed the textures from Point Lookout, but now that I have finished the mod I no longer want the textures as they are messing up some other textures in the game and other mods I have recently downloaded. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated and I would be very grateful, Thanks.
