Cobl Races issues

Cobl is really cool but at the race screen some of the races are missing textures and models such as the new khajiit race the deadra race and some other one. I took a look at the Cobl file page HERE and at the very bottom it says that I need to "get" the file Cob Cosmetics Res 01. I never went and got it separately and nothing named like that is in my load order. I searched for a file named that and found nothing? Btw I am using the a .omod version of cobl. please help
