No mana regen O.o

My (new) toon doesnt have ANY magicka regen.

Installed FCOM + balloffires modlist mods, took a week to install all the mods and make them work. Used BOSS/obmm/etc.

 

Is the problem in my load order? Merged all the possible mods and did what BOSS suggested

The first thing that comes to mind is your Birthsign. The Atronach, if you're using it, doesn't regenerate magicka at all, but has the ability to Absorb Spells and a permanent Fortify Magicka Ability. Otherwise it has Stunted Magicka preventing you from regenerating your own.

That is why i made this topic.... I use Thief birthsign >.<

 

Im going to disable all mods except FCOM and then start activating them to find out if any mod is doing this.

 

 

 

EDIT: Or i can just give up and make a toon with Atronach birthsign and get magicka pots with the console.... Been over a year since played oblivion last time >.<

There are some items that stunt your magicka, some diseases may also do so. Check in your effects if there's anything that could cause it and try to put all the items off your character. Healing in the temple just in case wouldn't be a bad idea either. I can't think of anything else, sorry :(
