But, as far as the blender program goes, yes, you will need the plugin, but if you are just editing the textures and what not, then you can just use any nice software, i have found a site that has help, with lots of free editing programs, and it's made for Morrowind users too. As soon as I get on my computer at home, i will get it from my fave's list.

OK, here it is, i got it off of a site that is Modding on a $0 Budget. http://www.zyworld.com/redwoodtreesprite/F...hicPrograms.htm This site has lots of programs, such as Project Dogwaffle, I have used it myself, pretty good. Gimp, which was my main editing program til' I got Adobe Photoshop. And some others worth noting. Along with plugins, reviews, and help on doing various things. This is a great place to start, and they are all free, and legal. Happy modding.
