crxer Posted October 11, 2009 Share Posted October 11, 2009 Hey guys, I have this insane stuttering/lag in fallout where the game becomes almost unplayable everything slows down to a crawl NPC voices become slow motion and whenever i enter Vats or the pipboy it makes this weird looping lagging sound noise and Lags even harder sometimes leadingto the NV_disp.dll blue screen. I can't seem to figure out what causes this, i had this problem before and i fixed it by reinstalling my video card drivers but it came back so i ended up formatting my computer anad this fixed it again. I installed some new programs,it might have something to do with rivatuner since i tried to overclock my videocard but i also upgraded some other computer settings since then i used riva tuner to put everything back to normal my temperatures are realy low in the 30c on my video card i even declocked it and it's still happening. I also reinstalled/installed drivers 5 times already and this problem is not going away i did not change my mod settings or anything else, if anyone has any idea what is causing this or has the same problem please reply.
