With an MMO, TESO gets a a lot of patches and does not work, if its not latest version. The starting process with NMM starts the game without looking for these patches and so login in the client does not work. So, either it would be better to start the Launcher instead of the game or it needs to keep an eye on the Client/Server Version compability.
