Pariah1947
I downloaded the buster mod (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8299) and when I go to the arena bloodworks there is just a huge yellow alert sign where the buster sword should be. All files are in my data folder of oblivion. When placing the .dds files in the data folder, they are all the same name so I had a choice to either replace the file or keep them both. I have tried just keeping one dds, and moving all of them into the data folder even though they are the same name, but the problem persists. Help much appreciated. I just want a cool looking sword that is balanced!
ThePearl
You should have 2 folders when you extract it, meshes and textures (Or a data folder with those 2 in it). You seem to have missed the meshes, they are .nif files, while textures are .dds files.

Does it have to go into the meshes folder of the data directory or something? Where exactly do I put the files? And yes I put in the .esp file and click data files and check the box for the buster sword and clicked ok then started the game with the obse loader, but also tried loading regularly. ThePearl
What do you mean with"Does it have to go into the meshes folder of the data directory or something?" The .nif files should be inside the data like data/meshes/<modname>/blah.nif I just downloaded it now, you should just take the content of the extracted files and put them into your data folder and activate it
