Textures Stuck on Small?

So I've been rolling with a lot of mods, about 60 hours in. I got up this morning and remembered I hit 30 yesterday and went to get some level cap stuff. I installed:

Now all my textures look like crap, pretty sure they're stuck on Small.

 

I tired messing around with the settings, starting and restarting. Turning off the mods I downloaded, re-installing MTUI. I tried messing around with the archive invalidation toggle via the FO3 Configutor. Still looks like crap. Did one of these mods mess up my stuff or is just a coincidence and my vidcard is dying? My load order (using foms Default Alpha sort template)
