Saiyajin123
When I open the geck, there's virtually nothing in the object window, even though the fallout.esm file has been loaded. There are a few things like in the Weapons window, there's only "Fists" and "GasTrapDummy". Why are there very few/barely any objects or files available to alter? I've seen videos of people using the geck and having several items and parts at their disposal while I have almost nothing. I believe I put the geck in the correct place, as I put it in the same folder as the Fallout3.exe. any ideas of how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Can't make my Smith & Wesson 500 Super Magnum without this. XD
Cipscis
If you can only view hard-coded records like "Fists" and "GasTrapDummy", then you haven't loaded Fallout3.esm correctly. After opening the GECK, you need to open the "Data" window (either File->Data... or click on the the folder icon), then double-click on Fallout3.esm so that the box to the left of it is checked, then click "OK". Now go and get some food or a drink or something, because it'll probably take 2-5 minutes to load all of the data in Fallout3.esm, but once it's done you'll have access to all of its records. Saiyajin123
Ahhh, double clicking it.*scratches head* I knew it had to do with that box. Couldn't get it to be checked. Thank you for your help.
