LE Signature Weapons

I for one always seem to find myself picking up an awesome weapon that beautifully synchronizes with my character aesthetically, my play-style and who I envision my character being. And then, I open up a chest or curb-stomp a bandit and there always seems to be a weapon of the next tier that trumps it, meaning that sticking with my current weapon would be putting me at a disadvantage.

 

I'd love for someone to port over that particular New Vegas mod to Skyrim to allow us to be able to hang onto our favorite weapons, and keep them relevant as we continue our adventures by distributing a small amount of our experience into the weapon and making it more powerful through its continued use.
