Want to elaborate a little.

  1. What mod is it?
  2. How can you not ride it? No menu? etc.
  3. Have you checked for conflicts with FO3Edit?
  4. Have you tried making a compatibility patch with FO3Edit?
  5. What's your load order?

Ugh. Uhh, let's see.

1: It just says DrivableMotorCycle.esp

2: When I walk up to a repaired one, it says 'Activate' and when I do, it doesn't do anything.

3: I really, don't have any other things, or editor.

4: No

5: Refresh my memory: what's a load order??

A load order is a list of your currently active mods in the order that they load. For example:

[x]Fallout3.esm
[x]Broken Steel.esm
[ ]Mothership Zeta.esm
[x]DriveableMotorcycle.esp
[x]UPP - Pack 1.esp
[x]UPP - Pack 2.esp

Well that could definitely be your problem. Make sure Fallout3.esm is always first, and that .esm's are loaded before any .esp's. So for example, it should go something like:

Fallout3.esm
BrokenSteel.esm
Anchorage.esm
DrivableMortorCycle.esp
Etc...

Of course, you may or may not have the DLC's, but if you do make sure they're before any other .esp's you may have.
