Game Crashes after BETHESDA Logo after installing 'Pure Waters' mod

Nothing seems to pop out as conflict. Does it load now after running BOSS (could have been load order error).

 

Nope. Still crashes after Bethesda Logo.

Any other possible solutions? I'm really confused here.

Load up TES5Edit. It should stop at the mod that creates the CTD

I have the same problem, I took out the water mod and it worked again but I would like to keep the water mod.
