Have you checked the TOQL?

GTA: Very weird storyline Basically some powerful king created some alternate realm... Not much in the way of story it's mostly and atmospheric/scary type mod.

Integration: Several different storylines play out through the course of the mod all of them are good, and have some connection to the Elder Scrolls lore. Including the best romance in Oblivion. The storylines mostly have a long or medium length, some of them intertwining with the main guild. There's one storyline where you can choose a side and go down different paths. There are also lots of choices, multiple solutions, and consequences.... also the occasional riddle.

HotD: This one I didn't really like the story, it's one of those things that starts out good but at the end all the characters seem to become very one-dimensional, there's some fancy scenes, and then it's over. None of the plot twists or events that were meant to be all dramatic or surprising, were.... It just was somewhat cliched.

Dungeons of Ivellon: Decent story, mostly told via books. Basically you go investigate an old military place, find lots of skeletons and monsters, solve some puzzles, and have a good/evil choice at the end.

Windfall: a great factions storyline. An island kingdom is on the edge of civil war and you can choose a side deciding which group to support and help win. Towards the end you can make several decisions which decide the fate of the kingdom. There is also a pacifistic necromancer guild that has a great little storyline too.

Additionally this a mature mod; not in the sense that people drop f bombs every five seconds, but in the sense that there are mature things: A rich guy sleeping around on his wife spreading STDs, accusations of rape, other cheating, a brothel, etc. The maturity in the mod is a good thing though, there's nothing over the top or sleazy about it.

Alyeid Steps: decent short storyline about some mage figuring out an ancient teleportation method and trying to get the most of it. Has some nice riddles and stuff.

Lost Spires: Cliched.... Join a guild, do stuff, someone dies, do stuff, plot twist, save the world.

Blackwood company: A nice A-hole storyline with lot's of choices on whether you want to be good or evil. Coincides with some of the fighters guild events, except your on the other side of those events.

RTT: Another of Simyaz's mods. A goodstoryline with some cool characters. Don't think I need to say more, prolly could have stopped at "simyaz"

Dremora Companion: A decent evil storyline. Save a dremora so he can prove his innocence to Dagon, assault a Daedric tower to imprison the real traitor, etc. has some nice moments despite the fact that it only has like5 quests.

TotF: Simyaz

OMG: Nothing special just more stuff to do after becoming archmage, with some boring lore ramblings here or there.

Daggerfall Memories: a rather short mod, couldn't really get into the story. It would have been better if the villagers were fleshed out more and maybe given quests for each of them. They're the only really interesting story element.

Knights of the White Stallion: a decent expansion on the vanilla guild, adds 1 quest.

Sentient Weapon: a rather unique storyline... not the actual forming of the weapon but the three quests you'll receive from the different personalities.

Servant of the Dawn: A good evil storyline. Some ritual stuff, some choices, a war gameplay element, etc.

Imperial legion faction: Decent storyline based on a morrowind one.

Medium Quests

Et in Arkay: really weird storyline... there's no required fighting, you basically just run around talking to people and delivering things.... yet people seem to treat you as if you're doing something special when really it feels like you're doing nothing at all.

Moriarcis: A decent necromancer storyline, with an optional side quest.

Small Quests

The Quest for Demon Bane had a good story, and did a good job of making you feel for certain characters, despite a certain something that would be spoilers.

The rest of the small quests I played the stories didn't really leave an opinion.

----

END: The mods I left out I either didn't play, had no opinion of, or never finished.
