As you can see, some of that stuff is missing. Need some assistance. Here's my load order and the location (in case this is supposed to happen? :whistling: ). Maybe related: I've been crashing around Dukov's Place. Probably just due to a mod conflict.

I have had that issue on and off due to mods that changed textures or added buildings and such. Try switching off any of those (one at a time) and load the game at that area. Right off I'd switch off the mini hideout, the RR compound then Riverside apartments, etc .. see if any caused it. Be sure to switch each back on if they aren't the one.

An obvious mod conflict. Get FO3Edit by ElminsterAU and get Miax's guide on using this utility. It's an absolute must-have for finding and fixing mod conflicts.
