Help design my fallout tattoo

I need a good artist who can draw up a tattoo for me. I have 1 of 3 phases done on my tattoo. I am going to have:

I already have the top text done. Next I need the picture to bring to the artist so I can get the next phase done but I suck at drawing in every form. The picture I want is the vault boy holding money in one hand and maybe a globe under his arm and the "Grim Reaper's Sprint" reaper about to chop him with a scythe from behind.
