Visious
A question to moderator\admin. I created a mod for Morroblivion project, can I host it on tesnexus? I read carefully about current state of tesrenewal AKA Morroblivion and it seems that officials in Bethesda now considering it quite legal. Thanks! jet4571
gstaffBethesdaHi there. Matt from from Bethesda here. We're definitely aware of the project. Someone pointed me to this thread so I thought I'd clarify for you guys. The policy has always been that you cannot take assets from one of our games and put it in another game... even if that game is one of ours (Morrowind to Oblivion, Fallout 3 to Fallout: New Vegas, etc). Assets could be sound files, meshes, textures, etc. As such, we've closed down discussion in our official forums in the past.If you're creating assets "inspired" by Morrowind (or another game), that's generally okay.If you're using existing meshes as placeholders, it's not something that could be discussed in our forums. Thanks Not linking to that but if the project uses 100% new assets like they claim then there is no issues. But until Matt confirms that all the models and textures are made by the team and not ported the rule will probably remain in place and it will not be supported here. Visious
As I know, all meshes and textures are custom in Morroblivion (TES renewal) project. Also almost all files, that I used, are custom made, since its custom made house mod from Morrowind, made by CanadianIce - Ice Hideaway. As I remember, I havent even used any item from Morroblivion. So I think I can upload it, but I`ll wait a bit for clarification. Jet, thanks for your answer! Edited April 7, 2014 by Visious
