Assassin's Guild

 

Ok big expensive title out of the way, here's some info on my current WIP mod the Assassin's Guild.

 

I have currently only made some small mods that make the game or other mods easier to play, but now I want to move onto something larger. I'm going to make an elaborate large scale mod. The basic story is a group of assassin's are hiding out in a little home they dug-out, hidden under a drive-in. They will have a few quests for the player if they so wish to join the clan. Of course this is the evil option. The good option will come later when I work on the opposing force, which I haven't decided on yet. The Assassin's are skillful with their small guns and sneaking. They are particularly good with hiding and waiting for the right moment to attack (thanks combat style).

 

Currently,

New weapon - Assassin's Rifle: A stronger slower firing sniper rifle.

New faction - Assassin Faction

New Quests - to join or not join

New NPC's - the Assassins

New location - Assassin's Guild

New outfits - some basic (very!) retextures and the use of (hopefully) tailor maid's assassin outfit

 

Planned,

More locations - the enemy base

More NPC's - the enemy

Another faction - the enemy

New weapon - another unique

More quests - if not joined assassin's

More outfits - for the enemy (maybe not needed?)

 

Ideas,

Please let me know any ideas you have for this mod! I'm having fun making it so far.

sounds like a great idea.

 

the opposing force could be a faction intent on destroying the assassins and therefore having to assassinate them perhaps, with missions that get harder as you go up the chain of command. i think the assassin mission were my favourite part of oblivion and it would be great to have it capture that same feeling. im just rambling though.

 

you could also have specific assassination rules (like in the godfather games) where say they want to "send a message" so you have to kill the target in a certain way to get the bonus etc etc.
