About The Witcher 3

i hope that they wont make The Witcher 3 with that much higher system requirements then The Witcher 2, when i installed W2 game was set to high not ultra high, but i set to Ultra to see how it runs & still smooth & also i see not difference in graphics between high & Ultra, i want to be able to play W3 with High or Medium settings & with out lags, that's why i hope that system requirements remain almost same as W2 system requirements, Mass Effect 2 & 3 both ran with same settings (high) in my old PC (i think in 3 they changed game engine, got newer engine that had more power, but that had Zero effect on performance), if 1 game creators stay'd with the same system requirements then so can Witcher's creators, i ton't care about higher graphics that much, games this day's already have good enough graphics, so why bush it higher? i see no reason why
