glaciergirl14
After about 2 hours of frustration, I found out how to enable mods with FOMM. But I can't figure out how to enable Broken Steel with FOMM, so all my mods can play with it. If this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry. Also, does anyone have recommendations as to what other mods I should play?

isgod101
Or you got broken steel through GFWL. If so find it and put it in your data folder. And then check in fomm.
glaciergirl14
I uninstalled and reinstalled Fallout 3 then Broken Steel. Works great now. :thanks: Also, thanks for the suggestions for the mods.
csb
In the utility category get FO3Edit and Miax's guide on using it. This is an essential tool for mod conflict finding and resolution. I'd heartily recommend adding DCInteriors (yay, DC buildings now have interiors!). If you want some really well-done, different mods, I recommend the ones by Puce Goose (An Evening with Mr. Manchester, etc.). Shady Sands and Arefu Expanded are great world-expanding mods, and Megaton Tweaks really helps out Megaton. Fellout and Later Sunsets are great additions. Depending on your playing style, there are a lot of great realism add-on mods that help with game balance, more realistic injuries, hunger-thirst and that sort of thing. Outside of that, it's hard to recommend mods, because everyone's playing style and expectations are different. Hope this helps.
