allies for bruma is broken?

ok i've been playing thru the main quest cuz i DLed servant of the dawn and i wanted to tr it out. servant of the dawn extends the main quest a bit by letting you join the mythic dawn fully. everything has been going fine till i got to the anvil part of "Allies for bruma". anvil and choorol are thew only ones left. i went in to castle anvil and talked to the countess and she gave me the regular blah blah blah oblivion gate threaten my city so go screw yourself speech so i go out to close the gate. i walk out of the catsl to the courtyard and saved and tried to exit the courtyard and got a CTD for my trouble. i've tried fast travel, the door, movetoqt, coc testinghall, everything crashes the game. whats funny is it loads up and shows my charater for a second then crashes. i don't know what the problem is but i just want to finish the allies for bruma quest so i can move on.my load order is below. if anybody knows the console command tocomplete the allies quest please post it so i can try that too.
