iwanttoplayeq Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Im trying to get mods to work and I installed FOMM and ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! in my Fallout 3 folder oh and I installed FOSE.But when I try to run invalidation invalidated! it says it cant find Fallout_Default.iniPlease help ! iwanttoplayeq Posted October 18, 2009 Author Share Posted October 18, 2009 I have done some further reading and im running windows xp so I thought having FO3 under program files wouldnt matter for me (only vista but I guess im wrong) I have a couple of hundred hours of played time on my game , is there any way I can transfer the game to a new location and keep my saves/data ? csb Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 You can also create a back-up of your Data folder, re-install Fallout3, the 1.7 patch and any DLCs. If you have FOMM (and you should), you can save your load order to a text file. Do this as well. After the re-install, copy the Data folder back-up back into the new install Data folder.
