Non-stupid DLC

Hi, are there any rebalance mods that remove some of the stupidity from the DLCs... like how ghouls or inbred swam folk might have more HP than Super Mutant Behemoths or how everything seems to do 30 extra damage just because?

 

I'm looking for something that will put it in line with the rest of the game.

Yeah, it is a bit disconcerting to find that some rube is kicking your keister with a frickin' BB gun. I know that he whole idea is to give the mod a little oomph, but good grief! They should have at least given us some sort of in-game explanation for such weirdness.

As for having the extra strength & hitpoints, well, that's probably not too hard to accept if you look at it from various angles, but the BB gun thing just makes me cringe.

I disagree. Simply no way a Ghoul should ever have 1000 hit points... honestly I'd hold the Behemoth as the Gold Standard of toughness.
