LE Mod Request! - Guards arrest NPC's

Hey all. first post so i apologise if i brake any rules im unfamiliar with.

 

im just looking for help,

 

so in oblivion i remeber i had a mod installed where the guards would arrest NPC's instead of just killing them, for example the guards would approach the NPC then say the whole "stop right there criminal scum" and if the NPC didnt have enough gold they where escorted by the guard to the towns jail and kept there for a few days. iran shackles appeared on the NPC and once in jail there clothes would change to prison rags.

 

now i loved this mod and it really helped for immersion and role play purposes for me.... sooo does anyone know of a similer mod for skyrim? if not would anyone be willling to make such a mod?

the only mod i know is called dread prison where you can arrest npcs and they are teleported to your prison
