Oblivion keeps on crashing loading screen

Alright, I just start up Oblivion.

Launch it, then load save.

While on the loading screen, it just crashes.

My Oblivion starts acting weird when I installed new mods.

 

Here's what I currently have checked:

New Mods that I recently installed when it stopped working properly:

crowded cities, roads

ct add pose

dmc weapons

exnemex_rogue

housewives

knightlyarmor

r18pn - lingeries

seph dual wield

all the tonas

all the UFF

xeoex

Just unchecking a mod does not remove it, it just prevents the esp from running at load. The textures meshes and other files are still loaded and can still cause problems.
