DLC Ballance

I don't know about you guys, but I find the DLCs balance to be utter nonsense. I mean how can anyone explain why a Radscorpion can be able to rip tanks apart simply because its white, how a Ghoul is tougher than a Super Mutant Behemoth, the logic of the most individually dangerous group in the wastes being mutated hill folk, or why everything in Point Lookout automatically does 35 extra damage just because?

 

Are there any mods that blanket fix this silliness/poor game design?
