Demora follower/quest idea

Ok at this point I don't have the skills needed to create a mod like this but I have the idea and maybe someone can go about making it.

Here I go

I like the vanilla demora lord summon for conjuration, he is awesome. I would like to take it a bit further by having a Demora companion that you enter a contract with. You go through a quest that ends with you entering in a contract with this Demora. It gives you a power or spell to summon him that acts like a toggle. While summoned he is a companion not a summon so you are free to summon other things to aid you.

I have ideas about his back story but I'll leave it up to one doing the work to come up with it or use mine either way is cool be me.

My back story for the Demora is as follows:

During the Oblivion Crisis a powerful Demora lord named Ren Ira sought his freedom from Degon, during the final moments when Degon had entered Temril he took his chance to gain it and fled north to Skyrim only to be caught Ren's immortality made it impossible for Degon to kill him but even in his weakened state Degon was able to best Ren and trapped him by running him through with a spike that drained his strength. The player hears a rumor that a land slide as exposed a old ruin and a excavation team entered but never returned. The player then can search for this ruin and fight their way to the room where Ren is held. Freeing him after some dialog, Ren then gives the player a sigil that when activated gives the player the power to summon Ren as a companion.

Ren Ira's look would be a custom texture using the in game demora base. He would have a custom armor and wield a custom great sword, maybe single handed with a destruction spell in the other hand.

That is pretty much it I'll post some drawings of my idea of his general look, armor, and weapon can look like. Again past the idea I haven't the skill to create it. Let me know what you all think and if there are similar mods link them and I'll give then a try.
