spammster
you're kidding right ? well I'm pretty sure you'll figure out how to download a file eventually. then unpack it with winrar or 7zip or whatever. if its just 1 file that ends in .esp put it in the fallout 3\data\ folder (where your DLC's are) if its more than 1 file, there will be a readme telling you where they should go, but usually the subfolders are already included in the archive, so just put the XYZ.rar in the data folder, right click -> extract here -> Yes to all then open up either FOMM or the falloutlauncher, and check the file, so it gets loaded (same way you do it with DLC's)

spammster
a link to the file would help, there's probably a readme in it that tells you what exactly you have to do to make it work. also you should use archive invalidation invalidated (either make the change to the fallout.ini yourself or download that file and just click once and it gets done)

As some people are adding additional folders to archive...Best way to install:1.open new folder on desktop 2.extract mod to that folder 3.copy all folders and files from that folder(Textures, meshes, music, esp, and whatever it has)4.go to Fallout3/data and click paste Also you will need this two programs Fallout mod manager ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated
